Punjab Tourism invites applications from interested co-exhibitors to participate with Punjab Tourism in various Domestic Travel & Trade Events & Roadshows from July 2023 to February 2024. (List of approved Domestic Trade Events and Roadshows for FY 2023-2024).

The Co-exhibition participation fees is Rs. 15,000/- per event, which will be providing only a Table Space and 2 Chairs in the Punjab Tourism Stall Pavilion at each event.

Note: Boarding, Lodging & Transportation of the co-exhibitors will be borne by themselves only.

It is informed to all the interested co-exhibitors (Hotels/Tour Operators/Travel Agents/ Farmstays/B&Bs/Homestays/PPP Model Units/ etc.) that it is mandatory to successfully register your unit/venture/company/establishment/etc. on the National Integrated Database of Hospitality Industry (NIDHI) Plus Portal of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India by submitting your necessary required details on the portal. (https://nidhi.tourism.gov.in)

Kindly send your email confirmation received from NIDHI Portal with your Reference ID no. along with your interest to participate in the event your wish to participate.

The final selection of the Co-exhibitors for any event will be decided by the Competent Authority at Dept. of Tourism & Cultural Affairs, Punjab
